How we can help you...
Welcome to the Pay As You Go (PAYG) service!
This service allows you to choose and purchase, on-line, the specific
documents you require, on a "one-off" basis, or to purchase
helpline time on an ad hoc basis.
Payment is by credit card through a
secure payment server
and, once your payment has been authorised, you have immediate access
to the helpline or to your chosen documents to download and customise them.
Buying our products couldn't be easier! We have combined many of our
documents into a range of practical and cost-effective packages but most documents
can also be purchased individually if you prefer.
You can go directly to our
alphabetic list
of documents and packages or you can use the categorised subject areas below,
which give you details of the contents of the main packages. Not every package is
listed below, therefore if you cannot find what you want, the best option would be to
view our
alphabetic list.
You will notice that each product on the PAYG screen has an "access period".
Some smaller individual documents can be downloaded at any time within the 24-hour
period from the time you purchase it. However, some of the larger packages, for
example maternity, recognise the life cycle of the whole process and you are therefore
given much longer access periods, of up to 12 months, during which time you can
continue to download and customise the documents.
Once you have registered as a PAYG user, you will be issued with a unique user ID,
which will be confirmed via email, and which will allow you access to your selected
documents.
You may purchase as many, or as few, packages or documents as you wish, and
you are given the opportunity to change your mind about any of your purchases at the
checkout, prior to submitting your order and credit card details to Worldpay for purchase.
You may also wish to look at our sample documents before you
decide to buy from us.
Click on any one of the underlined titles or words (links) in which you are
interested. This will take you through to the main PAYG selection screen. Documents
and packages related to the subject in which you have shown interest will appear at
the top of this screen, but if you scroll further down you can view a list of our entire
range of packages and documents, together with pricing information.

Employee handbook
|

to welcome new staff, gives all staff a handy source of reference, and by
writing down your rules and providing clear guidelines and information, you spend
less time answering questions and enable your managers to manage in a more
consistent way.
Our template handbook is split into seven main sections:
- About your business
- General terms and conditions
- Your career with us
- Your health, safety and security

tailor to your working environment, and you can include your employment
policies at the back as an appendix.

could result in huge compensation claims by employees.
Small organisations cannot afford to take managers out of the
business to attend expensive training courses. The solution? Our
